Account Transfer
I signed up with Mweb for a web hosting account. Initially everything was great and got good customer service from Mweb in areas that i needed help with. On the 12th February I asked that my website get transferred from Microsoft server to a Linux server. I got an email requesting a copy of my ID and was informed that it would take 3 - 5 working days. It is now the 25th of February... the 3 - 5 working days went by and still nothing... no login details and the site is still down.<br> <br> Can anyone please assist?
