ACCOUNT REINSTATED WITHOUT CONSENT

I had an account with MWEB which I cancelled more than a year ago. Suddenly 3 months ago a debit order for R199.00 for MWEB starts being deducted from my account without my authorisation (which I believe in simple terms is called theft). I have tried on countless occasions to get this rectified with no joy. Today was the last straw. After being transferred from one person to the next, I eventually get told I have go into the account and cancel it there myself!! Really?! With a password I haven't used in over a year!! I would like to know how and why they started taking money from my account in the first place - that was easy enough for them to do. But when I try and get it cancelled no one seems to be bothered enough to assist! **************** and pathetic service - I am hoping this will get to the right people who can actually fix the problem.
