Account - no service

I app**** for fibre last year- to make it short- line was not fully installed- every month I do contact the help centre- what a waist of time- money still taken from my account- every month I need to reverse the monies- now I get a sms I had to pay R26****x due to early cancellation- !!!! Hell the service was never installed-never worked.

Can someone help please- I really do struggle to get hold of tjhem via cellphone Doreen
