Account login problem which mweb refuses to fix

I've been on the line to mweb for 3 hours now. Spoken to 4 different consultants who just hang up on me. One of the consultants had a dog barking in the background so loud I could not hear the consultant at all. I asked the consultant to call me back when he had quieted down the dog. I'm still waiting for that call. I have a serious problem with my account. This is disgusting service.
