Account debited for services not requested.
I signed up for an Mweb uncapped account in December 2014. I was not happy with Mweb's service and subsequently canceled my account with them. I have since December been debited every month for services I did not agree to. These services are described on my bank statement as service agreement SOMU, SBOX and RESB each debiting R49.00. Please cancel these services with immediate effect and refund me for the previous debits as I did NOT agree to additional charges or services.
