Account closure nightmare.

I want to cancel my account as it is getting to expensive. I have tried phoning - no answer after holding for almost 30 minutes. I have tried the chat function on the app - no reply. I have e-mailed the only address I could find - *** - no reply. I have left a message on Facebook - no reply. I don't know what to do more to get this account closed.
