Account cancellation for new installation fee practice

I missed one payment in December, and received an invoice for two months payment. I paid it and an hour later MWEB issued me with a cancelation of account and New fee to start a new account. I am shattered ad I am a work from home student.

The invoice said I have until 1 of Feb to pay. I paid it on the 14th Jan. Yet they still closed my account.

They answer chats, emails, and they never ever pick up phone. I wish I could get my R2e18 back and move on
