Account Activation

Bad service. I spent the entire weekend without a connection. At that time, my account is paid up and current. They have no customer support during the weekend, I had to wait for Monday.

And when I call today, I am told that it has been escalated and can take up to 2 hours. This is very unprofessional. How do I have to sit more hours with no connection when my account is confirmed to be up to date????
