Acceptable Use Policy + Throttling

At the end of November(30) until 2 December, a game was downloaded onto the Playstation 4 in our household, after which we have received 3 emails stating that we have been throttled and that we void the Acceptable Use Policy. I have phoned Mweb twice now each time they state that we will be unthrottled in 3 days, which hasn't happened(been about 6 days).
I find the flaw with this AUP is that Mweb does not state from which period they record data usage which is apparently, after phoning them, from somewhere in the middle of the month which makes literally no sense since the data counting features on their website measure on a month to month basis(i.e: 1 - 30 November/December/etc)
Secondly, where does it state on the AUP where the threshold download limit is? I haven't seen it on the AUP or the actual package details on their product section on the site(or even on the email).
I'm disappointed because this download was a once off and if they measured month to month like their data counters indicate, I would stand NOT to void the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy by the end of December.
I'd like to know when we will actually be unthrottled.
Feels more like an upgrade scheme honestly.

Hello $tuart,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Our system imposes throttling using a 30 day rolling window, so usage won't revert to zero at the start of each new month. Today the system would consider usage from 8 November to 8 December. Tomorrow the system would consider usage from 9 November to 9 December, removing usage stats from 30 days ago.

Our My Account page lists your usage and, when selecting the days in question, shows you the upload and download data stats as well. This should help you work out how long the throttling will be imposed as your usage patterns would determine this.

As per your discussion with our Customer service consultant, this matter has now been addressed. An email was sent to you and we await your response.

Kind regards
