Abusing debit order mandate given to them

Mweb billing leaves a lot to be desired. When opening an account it's easy to get hold of them. When you have issues they are very elusive.

They have charged me an annual fee twice. The 1st one I understood even though I was invoiced after debit order which is an irregularity. This was May. I then called to cancel the service late May early June. Now I have been debited the annual fee again. I was warned about their billing when I took the account by a friend who wasn't happy with them and I wish I had listened
