17 Mar 2026, 08:45Good morning, Pam. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We recognise how frustrating it is to deal with persistent spam, especially after reporting it and trying to follow up. Your time and peace of mind matter, and we understand the impact this has had over the past fortnight.
Our Mweb Mail engineers are aware of the matter and are actively working on minimising the impact as quickly as possible. The spam monitoring system has been updated and now learns from messages that customers move to Junk. Instead of deleting these emails, please move them to your Junk folder, as this helps the system learn and improves future spam detection.
If you may have entered your details on any suspicious website linked in those emails, we recommend changing your email password immediately to keep your account secure. You can also continue forwarding spam to ***, as this supports our filtering efforts.
We’re focused on restoring a clean, seamless mail experience for you and ensuring your experience improves from here.
Kind regards,
The Mweb Team
