ABSOLUTLY SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

Without prejudice, I have tried contacting this service provider multiple times in order to have my account sorted out. The call center is non-existing and the Mweb app is useless. Prior to all of this my product was so delayed for installation. Now they sending letters of demand as I requested a cancellation months ago but yet again the failed to communicate with me. I am fed up with this service provider. I will NOT recommend them to anyone looking for a Fiber provider.
