ABSOLUTELY USELESS - THEY DONT RESPOND ON THIS PLATFORM - ZERO RESULTS

Anybody dealing with these guys ????? I feel your pain . Holding for a week now , no response . Useless useless . I see they dont respond on this platform to any complaints !!!
