Absolutely unacceptable service from Mweb!

I have been trying to get my invoices for tax purposes, and after changing their systems, Mweb stopped emailing them and claimed they would be available on the app. They are NOT. I’ve wasted TWO DAYS trying to access these invoices. The app doesn’t work, the chat doesn’t respond, there’s no email contact, and I’m left completely stranded. This is beyond inefficient—your systems are useless and your customer support is non-existent. How can a service provider fail so badly at delivering something as basic as invoices? This is a disgrace and shows zero regard for customers.
