Absolutely shocking service by mweb and openserve

I signed up on the first of the month with the sale agent telling me that it would take 5-10 days to get connected. 26 days later I am still not connected. mweb are not alone in this, openserve came to install my line with the technician telling me that not enough ports were available and that another technician would need to install this and would take 1-2 days. 10 days later it was installed by a student technician, who not surprisingly, *****ed it up, delaying by another 2 days to be fixed. Line eventually gets put in, and wouldn't you know it, the fibre router is faulty, another day gone. I used to be with rain, whose service I ****ht was bad, but mweb are taking it to a new level. I have never received a call back from them after being told multiple times they would after escalating my issue. No after 26 days I have missed out on the first month of their first 2 months half price promotion. Absolutely shocking service. I will be cancelling after my 12 month contract. If you are thinking of going with mweb, DON'T!
