Absolutely **** service with a pathetic lack of support

Dishonest group of untrained individuals, the most pathetic service I have ever received. No hope when trying to change bank details, then suspended when debits go to wrong account, pay in full and account get cancelled days after being reconnected because no1 does their job. Now I must spend all day calling because no1 bothers to follow up and when I eventually get through all they do is lie about when I will be connected and shift blame to Vuma for not replying.... I never even sign up with this pathetic company, my account just got transferred and premium increased with zero consent from me, Speed is never what they say and is always low, service is ****!!! And easily the most dishonest I've experienced...... DO NOT JOIN MWEB!
