Absolutely Poor Service

Mweb definately deserve a negative rating. This embarrassment of an internet service provider took 2 months to get me connected after being promised on the phone by DARRYL BRINK that I will be fully connected within 3-5 working days.

These ****med have perfected the art of communication manipulation and promise clients 5 star service but once the client agrees and signs up, the true reflection of MWEB exumes.

An absolute disgrace to call yourself the NO 1 ISP. a million miles from it.

I contacted DARRYL BRINK numerous times, I actually lost count and requested for a Manager to contact me but I've been blatantly ignored.

Same situation with Amahle, they tell you what you want to hear and once the call ends, they truly give a damn.

Not forgetting it takes more than 30 minutes each call to get a hold of anybody.

Please take this review seriously.
