Absolutely pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service! I have wasted god knows how much time today just trying to do a simple email box upgrade from 25 to 50 gigs. After untold failed attempts, inputting my ID number 20 times and as many sms confirmations I eventually got hold of someone other than a machine to upgrade by mailbox size, but that even couldn't be done competently and I now have two new random email boxes that nobody seems to be able to cancel. I have had this email address for 20 years for goodness sake. The chat service is yet another useless bot. NO email addresses only useless phone numbers. In the last attempt I waited 20 minutes on transfer only to be told that I couldn't upgrade my account after all. Pathetic!
