Absolutely nonsense

I wish I could rate even lower than 1 star. How is it possible be on the line waiting to speak to an agent for over 20 minutes only to be transferred to someone else and waiting another 30 and they hang up without even saying hi? I tried cancelling my subscription with them, they offered me a package for the new place I’m moving to. 2 weeks later (after no feedback and constant calls from me to them) I am told there is no coverage at the new place… I have been billed. I have waited. I have called. I have complaint. And STILL NO ONE IS HELPING. Instead they transferring me to the correct department “retention” who keep hanging up when it my turn to be helped
