Absolutely no service - impossible to get a VoiP phone

Been trying to get a VoiP phone set up for my grandmother since 22 December 2020. Order number on her online profile says the order is closed but we haven't received a phone. Been calling Mweb to no avail - nobody seems to be able to help with this issue. This is why the rest of the family left Mweb years ago.
