Absolutely gobsmacked at how long it takes for your call to be answered by MWEB!

This is unbelievable for the last 2 days I have been trying to get hold of the sales team at Mweb. You wait 15min and still no answer. This is really unacceptable. The reason I moved to Mweb was because it took so long for your call to be answered by Telkom........now MWEB are worse far worse. If their high call volume rate is so high, why don't they employ more staff and get more telephone's. Really peeved off!
