ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH MWEB!!!

Let me start off by saying, I really wish there was a 0 star rating! This is the worst, most *********** business I have EVER dealt with. Their useless and totally unprofessional customer service is appalling! I have been waiting 2 months for my fibre to just be installed!! They haven’t bothered to inform me with what’s the hold up nor where my order stands. I am disgusted that a company could treat customers the way they do. I would NEVER RECOMMEND MWEB EVER!!
