Absolutely appalling SERVICE!
Absolutely shocking service! The wait time was 1 hour 30 minutes before you can get through to an advisor. Only to advise you cannot pick up my account. Then the advisor Nom cuts the call on me. How is it as as well I that you increased my premium without notifying me as well.
