Absolutely absurd company !!!!!!

I would like to expose the gross stupidity of MWEB ! I called the technical number because suddenly my email is not working. The technician who answered my call after 15 minutes of holding on told me he is unable to check my service because my name is not on their file !!!! I have been with Mweb for more than fifteen years, I pay them every month via debit order from the bank account in my name, they send me newsletters addressed to me by name - but they insist they do now have my name on their file and therefore cannot help me establish why my email is not working !!!!....The require me to begin filling out forms to prove I am me - I have given them my ID number, passport number, drivers licence number, phone number, email address, all without any help - they are insistent that they cannot help me because they dont know my name !!!! They need me to email the forms to them - BUT MY EMAIL ISNT WORKING !!!!!! WHAT IDIOTS !!!
