Absolute worst providers!!!
You register for a product and every month get billed a higher price from the package you signed up for. My WiFi was 419, every month it was different to a point where I paid 570. Last month i see a bill of R774. They disconnected and bill now says i owe 2800. I’m just in disbelief, they don’t respond to ANYTHING. I should’ve known better than to sign up for Mweb. Never again!!!!!

I don’t want an email i want a direct call because you guys are quick to respond to reviews and twitter yet we can never reach you telephonically or via your chat!!! I’m not paying anything i wasn’t made aware of! One of your agents called to apologise for this and offered a 150 discount towards the mistake and voided the 2000 termination fee but it miraculously came back and the balance wasn’t fixed
