Absolute worst and disappointing service ever

I have had the worst experience with MWEB. I app**** for fibre 03/2/2023 and money was deducted from my account for the service. To date , no installation has been made. I have called the call center numerous times only to be given the same story every time. Such a disappointment dealing with an apparent reputable company. I have been promised a call back just to keep me in the loop and nothing. I would like a refund of the money that was taken from my account so I can deal with a more competent service provider who puts the customer first.
