Absolute shocking service

Absolute shocking service. The call centre is unbelievable. It's gone 4 days and my LTE product has not been activated. Had issues with the delivery from day one and now this. Made 8 calls to Mweb with no joy. Today the 9/11/2023 I made the first call (approx 17mins) and was transferred to another. 15 mins later I hung up. This is just horrible
