Absolute pathetic service from MWEB

This ISP is absolute bullocks, there support is bad, there billing department knows nothing, and there internal comms is a pure disaster, nobody knows nothing, we were requested from 3 different individuals to make payments before the line is activated, and after 3 payments and 9 days later we are still left without internet, nobody takes accountability, it is a nightmare and a full on job on its own dealing with them, the cost we incurred as a really of there incompetence is very bad, from buying airtime, to purchasing data bundles not only for my household but also for the tenants, never again will I sign up with them, as soon as we receive our refunds, we are running away from this ISP
