Absolute Nightmare to come in contact with Mweb
For no apparent reason, I suddenly can't access my emails via my cellphone and no matter what I do to get in contact with Mweb to report/seek advice on the matter, is successful - whether it be via their website, Chat facility or telephonically! Not to mention via email - which is non existent! After some decades with Mweb, I'm of the opinion that its now time to look at other service providers!

26 Jun 2025, 14:23After reading some of the reviews on your website regarding the performance of MWEB as well as doing some research on their and WEB Africa's business activities on the internet, I can only come to the conclusion that I now should look for another service provider. It's absolutely clear to me that their business activities are not what it should be and that this is a situation that's only going to escalate going forward!
