ABOMINABLE SERVICE from MWEB

The MOST pathetic service I have EVER received. Cannot even call it service as NOTHING happens. I have logged query upon query for a circuit release on my line for WEEKS. Reference number after reference number. Day after day Hours after hours Calls after calls. False promises from your call centre, who all they can say is "I have flagged this as urgent"" "Wait 48 to 72 hours"

ME phoning every day. No one bothers to respond on the tickets logged in my account profile. ME the client following up. NOT the business offering any kind of service. NOTHING

Promises of returned phone calls, NOTHING Promises of circuit release being done. NOTHING. PATHETIC.

I CANNOT WAIT ANY LONGER!!!!
