A week without internet

Been without internet since 12 Nov. My fibre line just went off through the night LOS light was red when i woke up and still is. Called MWEB 3 times already... Holding on for an hour or more just to talk to a consultant. They told me a technician from openserve will come out in 1 -2 days. Got an sms saying ticket had been resolved and will be closed so i called again to let them know that NO ONE has been to our place yet so how can it be resolved??Its a week now today and still waiting for an openserve technician to arrive at my house.
