A struggle to get fiber from Mweb

Absolutely appalled by the service I am receiving from Mweb, I placed a pre order for fiber on the 3rd of December 2020 as they were busy installing fiber in my area, however that is when my issues started, after multiple calls from Mweb saying that they are picking up on there system that there is already fiber at my address and me explaining to them that this is not the case as I currently only have adsl, this issue was eventually sorted out after i wanted to cancel all my services from mwerb after being with them for the past five years, after this I haven't heard anything from mweb since. after I logged an inquiry today to find out when my fiber will be installed I had to find out that according to them an appointment was made for the 20th of November at 08:30, however i am not sure how this was possible as I only placed an order on the 3rd of the December and the consultant also told me that the installers are now on a break however a communication received from mweb via email stated they will be available until the 24th of December. this is absolutely pathetic. and i am once again seriously considering cancelling all my services with mweb and moving to a different isp that can actually get things done.
