A **** from the get go and torture to be with, MWeb uncapped

I get a phone call from MWeb... They tell me I can get a cheap uncapped packaged on a 2 meg line with 300 gig usage before throttling. I jump at the chance, only to regret it every day afterwards.

Their line quality is pure ***. Who needs throttling when the shaping is so intense that youtube videos don't load at full speed and their service seems intermittent because the line shapes so hard. And no, it's not my line. The moment I log into another ISP account my line is magically perfect. Back to MWeb and it's ***.

Short of running excessive downloads 24/7 there is NO WAY I can reach that 300 gig throttle limit.

I was ****med and I'm angry mostly at myself for forgetting what a literal pain MWeb is. If you phone them and complain, they will blatantly tell you it's their shaping that's making your life miserable and that there is no solution. They don't hide that they're ******** you. And that's what makes it worst of all. You have no hope. They don't try to help you. I mean, let's be real. It's a 2 meg line in this day and age and I can't even browse the net? LoL...

*** This is just a warning to anyone else that wants to try MWeb uncapped. Don't. Turn around, run away and never look back. You're welcome. ***

PS. It's Sunday, 5 days until I switch to my new ISP and the shaping is so bad that I'm running at 500kbps speeds. A quarter of my line speed. Thanks MWeb. I'll never forget you.

I have nowhere in the review said I ever thought I was being throttled.
My phone was in an area without reception. I really don't need a phone call though as I've resolved the issue, by switching to another ISP.

I do not consider this matter resolved.
I still have 2 days of your service left. Even though my contract has been cancelled from April onwards, it is still in effect until the last day of March.
My internet has been almost unusable today. I have a 2 meg line with 2 meg uncapped. Why is my line running at less than 0.9mbps for most of the streaming services and web pages I use?
This timing seems awfully convenient if you ask me. The last month after I issue the cancellation notice my service noticeably degrades? As if the shaping has been further increased just because I'm not paying MWeb anymore?
You can't cover up this mess.
Do you just expect everyone who has issues with your service to keep quiet?
