A Pathetic, Useless Company - Stay Away!!!!

I phoned Mweb around a month ago, to ask them how long it takes to move my existing fiber connection to a new location, seeing that I was moving. I was informed it takes 3 days. So I app**** for the transfer of my service on the 11th of Aug 2020. I am still waiting for it! Later they conveniently changed their minds and told me it takes 14 days. Well, we are way past that as well Mweb. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with Mweb over the last few weeks, to follow up with them. It's pretty standard to wait around 20 min before they answer the phone. This morning it took 45 min on hold, listening to the same annoying tune before I could speak to someone. She was probably working from home and had such poor reception, that I could hardly hear a word she was saying. But it gets better, after a few minutes we got disconnected. Needless to say, even though she knew who I was at that stage, she never phoned me back. I'm not even going to bore you with further details about how they messed up my 20/20 Mbps application to a 20/2 Mbps one, repeatedly! Bottom line is, Mweb has become a pathetic joke and should be avoided at all costs!!! Period. There are many other service providers out there, why tolerate "service" like this?
