A NIGHTMARE

M-web is a mickey mouse to say the least. The lies, the empty promises, the non-disclosure of how their products work. It's insane how companies like these still survive. They sell you something then don't activate it until they feel like it, then charge you for something you haven't even used. You pay R300 for the delivery of the product. Then when it gets there it doesn't work for another 5 days. Don't even get me started on their service, it is a joke!! They don't answer calls, automated robots and holding for hours before you get through to a rude consultant. At this point I'm convinced nothing could get any worse than M-web
