A month of no fiber

I don’t have words for the ****py service I received from this place. It’s been a whole month and a half since I last had WiFi fiber in my household I have paid them and just no fiber I have called these people everyday as well as my husband, spent hundreds on airtime and all we heard was that the problem will be escalated yet no solution. We still call them everyday they have never reached out to us at all and the word escalate probably means nothing to these people they are a bunch of *****s
