Last time we spoke my account was scheduled to be cancelled with usage of 219.21 already that you picked from my account usage. This issue is working on my nerves and at this point it is nuisance now. MWEB is *****ing my money now, I don't know what to call this anymore. A cancellation that was initiated as back as December 2017 is still a burden on my finances up until now. My account has been debited with an amount of 352.07 this month and I call the service center and people are not taking ownership of this issue and try to sort it out for me to avoid this from happening again.

Guys money does not grow on trees, can this issue be sorted or do I now have to sue MWEB and bring legal aid into this matter?

What more do I have to do for you guys to stop *****ing my hard earned money from me?

One account was cancelled 2017 December and the second one 2018 December as your system reflects but still you have debit orders on my account. What do you call that?
