I am beyond disappointed...I ordered the LTE great stuff, got it the Friday, did the RICA as per your call centre agents on that same day, paid the account as per your request...Guess what! Still not working...was advised to wait 24-48 hours for activation...escalated the matter twice ... Guess what! Still not working. I'm a work from home parent. How do you expect me to pay for something your not delivering. Calling your team has been just a run about. Spent more than R200 on airtime and Guess what! Still not working ... Can someone just activate my thing PLEASE
