7 year old adsl line that i get billed for now

Mweb charges me for a adsl line that i apparently app**** for in 2013. 7 years later. I got a fibre line october 2019. They deducted my monthly fixed fee from my Absa account. No problems. I informed them that i changed banks and now suddenly i get deducted with a extra amount for a adsl line 7 years ago. Makes no ****** sense!! WHY NOW??? THEY WILL LIST ME ON ITC IF THAT ACCOUNT IS NOT PAID. HOW WAS THAT LINE PAID FOR THE LAST 7 YEARS??? THE BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER THEY GAVE ME THAT IS USED FORNTHE DEBIT ORDER, THAT ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR YEARS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN CONTACTED REGARDING THAT ACCOUNT. NO WONDER THERE IS SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT MWEB
