7 Weeks of waiting and no installation or feedback from Mweb

I called them on the 6th of April to sign up for fibre. they assured me that it would take 10 days for the modem delivery and 14 days for installation. I am 7 weeks down the line, cannot get hold of them - when I wait long enough it's about 20 minutes to get through. I eventually got a VT number which I used to contact Vumatel to arrange for installation - that's been a month now. I keep getting told that it's with the scheduling department - for a month??????????? I got an sms this morning saying that now it's on hold because I have it with someone else?!?!? I just want some feedback as I have now requested that they cancel the request - but as usual - no reply....Such bad service would NEVER recommend them.
