7 days no WiFi & no support

7 days now and we still have not received technical support, I reported the situation on Tuesday at 2:32 and than I called again on Friday after the 72hr SLA which was not met, I was promised help by by latest Sunday, I called again on Sunday for assistance come on guys I spoke to 3 agents already, how can you deduct money from my account but not provide any service honestly terrible service.
