56kbps download speeds with 100mbs Mweb Fibre

<p>Ive had this problem of getting 56kbps download speeds with 100mbs Mweb Fibre from 17:30 to 00:00 for 3 months . Phonned mweb hundreds of times about it, all they say is that mweb engineers are working on the problem. Mweb is throtteling an unshaped capped line. I had better speeds with my 4mb line. I signed a contract for a capped unshaped fibre line. Between those times i cant even browse the internet its so slow and fibre supposed to be fast. If this isnt fixed soon i will be canceling my contract and I WONT pay the cancelation fee since why should I uphold my side of the contract if mweb doesnt.</p>
