I have an account with MWE and it was suspended due to payment, I payed the R2000and sent the POP to the billing department and request that they uplift the suspension on Thursday 13th April 2023 and call the billing department.

On Friday the 14th April 2023 I called again and resent the e-mail since I have a lot of work to cover over the weekend but the when I got home the service is not re-instated and I tried to call and I was referred to technical department the person I spoke was so hard headed he never wish to even listen to me.I want to cancel the service immediately
