-5 STARS FOR MWEB! PATHETIC!

I WISH I COULD GIVE MWEB A - 5 STAR RATING. I am furious, ive spend over R600 on airtime to try and get them to help me over the phone. Its been 10 days and my Wifi is nog activated. When I eventually get though, the call gets dropped or I just get 'put though' to another person. Everyone says something else.

Now I REALLY want to cancel, because why should I pay for something that I dont have? But they demand a almost R3000 cancellation fee.
