4th of the month and throttled

My line is being throttled

Reason given is that I had exceeded my 70gb thresh hold in the last 30 days.

Where my argument lays, is that it's the 4th of a new month, August. Meaning my thresh hold is to be refreshed at the beginning of a new month. As that's how the deal at Mweb has always worked, it's what I am contracted for. New month, new data cap.

Further more, I had opened a new upgraded account less than 2 weeks ago, when I had upgraded to 2mbs, so my account should be refreshed.

My main argument how ever, is that it's a new month, hence my thresh hold should have been refreshed for this month. I feel that this is a ****, to force the consumer to upgrade to a premium account.
