30 days with no fibre and no response from MWEB

MWEB must really be the most useless service provider out there. I have several tickets open, I’ve written a bad review about them on HelloPeter and still dead silence from them. Tickets not resolved, no response to hellopeter review either. Time to part ways with them. Been a month with no fibre.
