3 Weeks without working internet
<p>Since having a 50mb fiber line 'active' speeds cap out at a painfully intermittent 10/1, call center agents are sweet but mostly clueless and seem to pass the buck constantly. It will be a month since getting this line installed that they'll be sending a technician out. Poorly done MWEB, poorly done.</p>
