3 WEEKS TO GET CONNECTED,WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I got my fibre installed on the 26th of Jan and was told it takes 24 -72 hours to be connected....today its the 14 of February still not connected and issue is apparently priority every time I call. I cant cancel my contract because I will be charged installation fee but I was not connected within the agreed time,

The worst service ever and *********** customer care who fail to communicate the issue nor do anything.
