3 Weeks after Application= NO feedback as yet

I app**** for one of the fiber packages on the 3rd of October 2018. Until today, 19 October 2018 I have not heard anything from MWEB or OneServe. All I received was an sms stating that I should call MWEB. I did call on the 8th of October and no one could tell me why I received this sms and who was trying to get a hold of me and that they will call me back. Up until today= no call back. If this is how long it takes MWEB and OneServe to install the fiber, imagine how the customer service will be? So glad I cancelled today. My previous provider Home-Connect and Metro Fiber took 4 days to approve the application, install the fiber and to deliver my WIFI Rooter. Now unfortunately I cannot use them in my current location.
