2Mbps Uncapped but I get throttled

I was sold a 2 Mbps uncapped line as advertised on special from Mweb for R199 per month.I have not downloaded anything for months but this month when I decided to make use of my uncapped line by means of streaming Mweb decides how much I can stream or download by throttling my account. Mweb thinks that they can get away with false advertising, well here is a throttle for you goodbye Mweb and Hello new ISP.
